Print industry sunk by Internet

That's not the reason

Don't you know the standard of flesh available on the internet is far better than Page 3 can ever hope to achieve? Moving pictures mostly as the major difference. Oh well, for me it IS the terrible quality of newspaper journalism however. Thank you Mr Murdoch.

stupid people are to blame

Most people are too stupid to read anything at all.

People buy printed material because they are bored.

The interenet is for stupid, bored people.

Bring back theo valich, theinquirer has sucked since he has been gone.

Dropped my subscription

I dropped my newspaper subscription a couple of years ago. The two things that I read were the comics and the business section. The paper I took sliced the business section down to basically two pages and took all the stock/mutual listings out and said - you can look it up on the web. I told them that since I was looking those up on the web I might as well just read the rest of the paper on the web and dropped it.
