Micr0$uck's China R&D center has NOTHING to do with market penetration in China, it has everything to do with CHEAP LABOR. China is quite anti-Vole, and that won't change any time soon.Don't you remember ol' Slick Willy's pissing and moaning about how much the S/W developers in the US made? He scolded them and told them that they deserved MUCH less of his damn $$$, thank you very.
