Yahoo flirts with Murdoch's money men

Flashes stocking tops, flickers eyelashes

YAHOO HAS been flirting with Rupert Murdoch as it squirms to avoid the Vole's clutches, or at least, seeks to make the maker of Windows push its stubby paw deeper into its wallet.

The form of the reported discussions between News Corp and the web giant are sketchy.

Rather than acquiring Yahoo outright Rupe seems to want to carve out a deal involving his Myspace pages and Yahoo's portal and messaging services.

It also wouldn't hurt him to drive up the asking price to knobble the Vole a bit. µ

Devil, Deep Blue Sea

I suppose in "Anyone But Microsoft" terms a News Corpse takeover is likely to lead to a smaller mass defection of users.

It'd be a black day for free speech, though.

Murdock can s**k my c**k

That bastage owns 70% of the media in the world (over 35% in the states), is well known for injecting his views and desires above journalistic integrity. It's kind of like an angel dieing every time he buys something. Strange that there is a company more greedy than Microblunder.
I heard he puts fresh puppy eyes in his breakfast cereal. Wouldn't surprise me.

News Conduits

Mr Murdoch doesn't own media, he only hosts IT.

Give him something Tasty and he'll Share IT at Base Levels.
