Vole gets protected by the law

Updated But will pay through the nose for the privilege

Update Microsoft got fined $1.35 billion by the European Commission, it's just transpired.

THE VOLE is safe in Blighty after it has been put on a list of protected species.

But in €uroland, reports say the Commissars of Antitrust are to thwack it today with an estimated €1.2 billion fine for being a naughty antitrust Vole.

The numbers of the Vole have declined by 90 per cent over the last 20 years, it says here.

The numbers of the American Vole will be diminished by quite a lot of money if the reports of the €urofine are true. µ
